Description: The purpose is to provide accurate locations of physical addresses in Yadkin County, NC to first responders, mail/parcel carriers, utilities, and anyone needing to find properties. The data is obtained from a variety of sources including addresses provided to us by US Postal Service, CenturyLink, Yadtel, Yadkin County Tax Assessor /Collector, Yadkin County EMA, Yadkin County Planning Department, Yadkin County Registrar of Deeds, Yadkin County Sheriff's Department, and Yadkin County GIS Department. Data contains the house number, street, address number, name of the person or business associated with the address, town and zip the address is in, the first, second and third fire departments responders, EMS district, ESN number, add and modification date, and type of address. The data is verified and located by checking the neighboring addresses, to see if there are any duplicated, and then matched against the number ranges that are in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG), and finally assigned a number. All addresses are agreed upon by both parties and subject to change.
